Shirley has more than 15 years as HR Manager of MNC and major corporations in Hong Kong with intensive exposure in China, where she delivered her services with her hands-on experience in Human Resources Management. During her services with different corporations, she contributed to various management programs, like incentive bonus scheme for executives and general employees, HRIS Implementation, performance management project and developed the Executive Trainee Program.
In house training and development programs for different levels were another focus of Shirley’s Human Resources Service. From 2009 onwards, she participated in various training projects of Vitality Consulting to serve commercial sector, non-profit making organization and education section. Details of training experience are listed at the bottom for reference.
Working as a HRM professional for years, Shirley delivered staff coaching and career counselling to employees in both Hong Kong and PRC entities.
From 2009 to 2013, Shirley rendered emotion supports to drug rehabilitees and their family members as part of the rehabilitation programs. Later, she also took roles as counsellor in the EAP service in a NGO to provide emotion supports to clients in different sectors.
